✔️ Develop and refine synthesis pathways for pigment modification

What You Bring
✅ A solid background in polymer chemistry
✅ Proven experience in colloidal chemistry, dispersion, and emulsion development (experience with electrophoretic inks is a plus!)
✅ Strong expertise in pigment engineering, ink formulation, and ink characterization (FTIR, GPC/SEC, rheometers, viscometers, TGA, DLS, UV-Vis, etc.)
✅ Experience in lab operations, equipment maintenance, and EHS practices
✅ Excellent communication and project management skills
